Terms governing use of the QuickRateCompare commercial energy platform.
Marketplace and Broker Role
QuickRateCompare provides commercial energy comparison and broker-support services. QuickRateCompare is not the local utility and does not independently guarantee that every supplier or every market offer is represented.
Rate Availability
Commercial rates and product availability may change at any time and may depend on service territory, customer class, load profile, contract start date, supplier underwriting, credit approval, account validation, and other customer-specific factors.
Estimates
Any estimated monthly or annual cost, savings, usage, or other projection is informational only. Estimates are not guaranteed savings and may exclude delivery, demand, taxes, capacity, ancillary, utility, or other charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Supplier Agreements
Final enrollment is governed by the applicable supplier agreement and related documents. Customers are responsible for reviewing supplier terms, fees, renewal provisions, early termination provisions, and other contract conditions before signing.
Customer Information
You represent that information and documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide utility account, service, and business information for the account being evaluated.
Third-Party Services
The platform may display or use third-party pricing, utility-data, mapping, authentication, or other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent information, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
No Guarantee of Lowest Price
QuickRateCompare helps customers compare participating offers and request broker assistance. Unless expressly documented for a specific transaction, the platform does not guarantee that a displayed offer is the absolute lowest rate available in the entire market.
